SEO & GEO Services: Rank in Google, Get Cited in AI Search
SEO services for small and growing businesses: technical SEO, content and links for Google and Bing, plus GEO for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers. Agents do the monitoring; senior strategists decide.
Why search traffic stalls
Traffic is flat while competitors climb
The site ranks for its own name and little else. Competitors take the searches that bring customers.
Technical issues hold the site back
Slow pages, broken links, duplicate content and pages Google never indexes cap every other effort.
AI answers take the click
ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews answer many questions before anyone visits a site.
Nobody knows how you show up in AI search
There is no Search Console for ChatGPT. Most businesses don't know whether they're mentioned at all.
One search strategy:
Google and AI answers
Most GEO is good SEO done properly. We run both from one plan, so a fix for Google also helps you get cited by AI, and the other way round.
SEO: rank in Google and Bing
The foundation: a site search engines can crawl, content that answers real searches, and authority that compounds.
- Technical SEO audit and a ranked fix queue: speed, indexing, crawl errors, duplicates
- Keyword and topic map built on search demand and what your buyers ask
- On-page optimisation: titles, structure, internal links
- Structured data (schema) for products, services, FAQs and articles
- Content: briefs, drafts and updates to pages that slipped
- Link building and digital PR from relevant sites
- E-commerce SEO: category, product and filter pages
GEO: get cited in AI answers
Generative engine optimization (also called AEO): being found, cited and recommended in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers.
- AI visibility baseline on a fixed set of prompts your buyers ask
- Answer-first content: clear, quotable answers AI models can lift and cite
- Entity and brand consistency across your site, profiles and directories
- Presence where AI models read: reviews, comparisons, forums and industry lists
- Structured data and crawler access for AI search bots
- Competitor share of AI answers, tracked over time
Measurement & reporting
Search that's tied to leads and revenue, not to a rank report.
- Rankings, Search Console and AI visibility in one report
- Organic and AI-referral traffic tied to leads in GA4
- Agents flag drops, lost links and new competitors as they happen
- A monthly strategy review with the next priorities
A technical SEO audit plus an AI visibility baseline shows where you stand in both before any work begins.
What's the same,
what's different
| SEO | GEO | |
|---|---|---|
| Where you show up | Google and Bing results | ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode |
| What wins | Relevance, technical health, links | Clear answers, consistent brand facts, mentions on trusted sources |
| What you get | A click to your site | A mention or citation, sometimes a click |
| How we measure | Rankings, Search Console, organic leads in GA4 | Share of a fixed prompt set, run repeatedly; AI-referral traffic in GA4 |
| Shared ground | A crawlable site, structured data, content that answers questions | The same |
Agents do the work.
Specialists decide.
// what the agents do
- Crawl the site and queue technical fixes
- Analyse keywords, competitors and SERPs, including AI Overviews
- Monitor rankings, backlinks and AI-answer visibility on a fixed prompt set
- Draft content briefs and first drafts
// what the specialist decides
- Sets the strategy and priorities
- Approves every change to the site
- Edits and approves everything that gets published
How it runs
Technical health, rankings and AI-search visibility measured before anything changes.
Technical issues and site structure first, so content has something to stand on.
Content, links and mentions aimed at the searches and prompts that matter to your buyers.
Agents watch rankings, competitors and AI answers; the strategist decides what changes.
Where we've done it
For Voltmarket, a 7-year engagement took a local store to national scale: 1.86M organic clicks and 163 queries in Google's top 3. Our own blog is written this way: agents research and draft, a person approves every article.
Full digital transformation: SEO, SEM, advanced analytics and e-commerce tracking took a local store to national scale, with 85% of tracked queries in Google's top 3. A 7-year engagement.
A German online store for cold-pressed dog food: GA4 e-commerce tracking, a BigQuery data pipeline and reporting boards, Google Ads and SEO. Organic visits grew from about 300 to about 3,000 a month.
Sales and marketing data unified into one governed warehouse: 3-layer attribution down to click level and all ad spend reconciled against real sales, with incremental models cutting analytics costs by ~96%. The SEO operation now runs AI-first: agents connected to Ahrefs over MCP do the recurring analysis and monitoring.
AARRR funnel, cross-channel web analytics, CPA networks, SEO and marketing automation at the acquisition and retention stages. Consistent monthly registration growth and an ROI analysis that found the most effective acquisition and retention mix.
Questions we get asked
How long does SEO take to show results?
Technical fixes show up in weeks. Rankings for competitive terms take months, and we report progress every month so you see the trend.
GEO, AEO, AI SEO: is there a difference?
Mostly naming. Generative engine optimization (GEO), answer engine optimization (AEO) and AI SEO all mean being found, cited and recommended in AI answers. We use GEO and measure it the same way whatever it's called.
Do we still need classic SEO if people use ChatGPT?
Yes. Google still sends most search traffic, and AI assistants lean on the same signals: crawlable pages, clear answers and authority. GEO adds the extra places your brand needs to appear and a way to measure AI visibility.
How do you measure AI visibility if answers change every time?
We use a fixed set of prompts, run them repeatedly and track how often you're mentioned or cited. It's a trend, not a single snapshot.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes, most of our clients are small and medium businesses. We start with an audit and focus on the pages and searches closest to revenue.
Which AI platforms do you track?
ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers. Others on request.
What can't you control?
Google's rankings and what an AI model says. We make you easier to find, cite and trust, and measure the effect, but nobody can honestly promise a position or a mention.
Who writes the content?
Agents draft briefs and first drafts from your sources. A person edits and approves everything that gets published.
