Introduction

This website, bitegri.co (the "Website"), is operated by Bitegrico (the "Company", "we", "us"), a digital marketing agency registered in Ukraine. This document explains what data we collect through the Website, how we use and protect it, and which rights you have. By using the Website or submitting the contact form, you agree to the terms described below. If you disagree with them, please do not use the Website.

I. What data we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily submit through the contact form:

We do not request or knowingly collect any special categories of personal data.

II. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data listed above for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal you requested. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We will not use your data for any other incompatible purpose without your consent, and we do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask for them.

III. Who has access to your data

Access is limited to Bitegrico team members who handle client inquiries. We do not sell or disclose your data to anyone else, except technical service providers that make the Website, our analytics and our email work (hosting, tagging-server and email providers), successors in title to our business, or where disclosure is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights.

IV. Data retention

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or a business relationship follows. You may request deletion at any time (see Section V).

V. Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. If you are in the European Union, these rights are guaranteed by the GDPR; processing of data of EU residents is carried out in accordance with it. Data of Ukrainian residents is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". To exercise any of these rights, contact us at agency@bitegri.co. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority.

VI. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. If you believe your data or the Website is not secure, contact us immediately at agency@bitegri.co.

VII. Cookies and analytics

The Website uses two cookie-based analytics services to understand how visitors use it — pages viewed, sections read, traffic sources, and similar aggregate statistics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, both deployed through Google Tag Manager. We use this only to measure and improve the Website, never to identify you personally, and we do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

Server-side processing. Analytics requests from your browser are sent first to our own tagging server at d.bitegri.co, hosted for us by Stape Inc. in the European Union (Germany), and forwarded from there to Google. This lets us set analytics cookies as genuine first-party cookies and shorten the chain of third parties that see your raw request. Stape acts as our processor under a data processing agreement; Google and Microsoft process the forwarded data under their own terms.

Consent. Where prior consent is legally required — the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Until you choose, and if you decline, Google Analytics receives only cookieless, non-identifying pings and Clarity does not load. Outside those countries analytics is enabled by default and no banner is shown; you can switch it off at any time. Either way you can change your choice via Cookie settings, linked in the footer of every page, and your choice is stored for 12 months in the btg_consent cookie.

How we know which applies. Your browser makes one request to bitegri.co/geo.php, which returns only the two-letter country code that Cloudflare derives from your connection. We do not store or log your IP address, and nothing is written to your device by that request.

Counting visits without cookies. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page loads and see which pages are popular. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not follow you across websites, so it runs whatever your analytics choice is. Cloudflare, Inc. acts as our processor.

VIII. Terms of use

The content of this Website — texts, case studies, graphics, and logos — belongs to Bitegrico or its clients and may not be reproduced without permission. The Website and its content are provided "as is", for information purposes; case study results describe specific past projects and do not guarantee identical outcomes. Client names and testimonials are published with permission.

IX. Changes to this document

We may update this page from time to time. The current version with the date of the last update is always available at this address. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
