Verocash
Verocash was a new microfinance company with foreign management, entering the Ukrainian online lending market. We were its digital team from the strategy through the first two years.
Market entry for a new microfinance company: digital strategy, web analytics, a sales funnel, SEO, Google Ads, Meta and CPA networks. Breakeven in the first year, customer-base growth and TOP 10 organic rankings.
Where it stood
A brand nobody searched for, in a crowded and regulated market, with no data to plan from.
Market entry from zero
A new brand against established lenders, with no history, no traffic and no customer base.
Low brand awareness
Nobody searched for the brand, so every customer had to come from generic loan searches or paid channels.
No tracking
Nothing in place to tell which channel brought a registration, an approved loan or a repeat customer.
Advertising rules
Legal limits on advertising financial products narrowed the channels and the messages.
What we did
Digital strategy before spend
A market and competitor review, buyer personas, an inbound plan and measurable targets for visits, registrations and approved applications.
Loan-status tracking
Offline events sent to GA by the Measurement Protocol and mirrored to Facebook: registration, application, approval or decline, first and repeat loan, extension, overdue and repaid.
A classic sales funnel
From first visit to approved loan, measured step by step, with UTM rules so every campaign could be compared.
SEO content programme
New landing pages, monthly content briefs built on LSI keyword research (articles of 4,000–5,000 characters), a blog and external link placements.
Paid and partner channels
Google Ads, Facebook with monthly reports and media plans, and CPA networks for performance-based acquisition.
What changed
- Breakeven within the first year
- Steady customer-base growth
- TOP 10 in Google organic
- Steady new customers from Google Ads, Meta and CPA networks
How we run it today. Today agents watch the funnel, the search terms and the pacing every day, and the specialist approves every change.
