Introduction

This website, bitegri.co (the "Website"), is operated by Bitegrico (the "Company", "we", "us"), a digital marketing agency registered in Ukraine. This document explains what data we collect through the Website, how we use and protect it, and which rights you have. By using the Website or submitting the contact form, you agree to the terms described below. If you disagree with them, please do not use the Website.

I. What data we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily submit through the contact form:

We do not request or knowingly collect any special categories of personal data.

II. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data listed above for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal you requested. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We will not use your data for any other incompatible purpose without your consent, and we do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask for them.

III. Who has access to your data

Access is limited to Bitegrico team members who handle client inquiries. We do not sell or disclose your data to anyone else, except technical service providers that make the Website and our email work (hosting and email providers), successors in title to our business, or where disclosure is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights.

IV. Data retention

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or a business relationship follows. You may request deletion at any time (see Section V).

V. Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. If you are in the European Union, these rights are guaranteed by the GDPR; processing of data of EU residents is carried out in accordance with it. Data of Ukrainian residents is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". To exercise any of these rights, contact us at agency@bitegri.co. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority.

VI. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. If you believe your data or the Website is not secure, contact us immediately at agency@bitegri.co.

VII. Cookies and analytics

The Website uses Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, traffic sources, and similar aggregate statistics. These tools set first-party cookies (for example _ga) and process usage data on Google's infrastructure in accordance with Google's terms. We use this only to measure and improve the Website, never to identify you personally, and we do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

You can opt out at any time using your browser's cookie controls or Google's opt-out browser add-on. We are implementing a consent mechanism for visitors in the EU/EEA; until it is in place, users who prefer not to be measured can block analytics cookies in their browser. We will update this section when the consent tool goes live.

VIII. Terms of use

The content of this Website — texts, case studies, graphics, and logos — belongs to Bitegrico or its clients and may not be reproduced without permission. The Website and its content are provided "as is", for information purposes; case study results describe specific past projects and do not guarantee identical outcomes. Client names and testimonials are published with permission.

IX. Changes to this document

We may update this page from time to time. The current version with the date of the last update is always available at this address. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
